"Wish There Were More Plan Options"
I looked through the plans and felt like the choices were limited, especially for the price. I don’t mind paying more if I feel like I’m getting the right fit, but in this case I just couldn’t really justify it for what was offered

"My TV works fine most nights"
Most evenings when I sit down to watch TV, it works okay and I can usually get through my shows without much trouble. Every now and then, though, the channels freeze up for a bit, which can be annoying, especially if I’m in the middle of something good.

"Canceling was more of a hassle than expected"
I tried to cancel and, it was way more difficult than it probably needed to be. I was stuck waiting around for quite a while and kept getting passed from one person to another. It didn’t really seem like anyone knew exactly what had to be done. Maybe there’s a smoother way to handle it, but from my experience, I’m sure I wouldn’t want to go through that again

"Decent WiFi, though maybe not the best in every room"
The speed has been good most nights, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, the WiFi does seem to drop in the back room sometimes, unless it’s just something with my setup. Either way, it gets a little annoying when it happens

"Still dealing with the same issue"
I’m just tired at this point. I called support thinking it would get sorted out, but then it was one person after another, explaining the same problem over and over, and somehow nothing actually got fixed. This went on for days, which made it even more frustrating because I kept thinking, okay, maybe this next call will be the one, but nope. Still stuck with the same issue

"Promo price wasn’t clear enough"
I signed up thinking the monthly price was simple, then later realized it was only a promo rate and it was going to jump after that. Maybe it was buried somewhere in the fine print, but it definitely didn’t feel obvious when I was checking out.
When I contacted customer service, I mostly got the usual canned apology and a “that’s how the offer works” type of response, which just made it more annoying. I wish astound would put the regular long-term price right next to the promo price so people know what they’re actually signing up for.

"Service was okay, but the contract wasn’t super clear"
The service itself was fine, no major issues there. My main frustration was with the contract. There were a few fees in the terms that I didn’t notice until after signing up, so definitely read everything closely first. I also got transferred around when I called to ask about it, which was annoying. Not the worst experience, but I wish they had been more upfront from the start.

"This router was a letdown"
Honestly , this router just wasn’t good . The box kept getting hot , and the WiFi would drop on me pretty much every single day . I expected way better .

Getting internet installed with astound was mostly fine. The tech showed up during the time window, which I appreciated, but the whole thing took longer then I thought it would. He had to go back out to truck a few times, so it felt like there was bit of back and forth. The service was working after he left, so that part was good. I just wish setup had been smoother and explained a little better.

"Support was way too slow"
My internet kept cutting out, so I reached out to support, and it felt like all they did was keep restarting the modem over and over. I was waiting forever between replies, which made the whole thing more frustrating. It did start working again later, but no one really explained what the issue was. If this one experience is anything to go by, their tech support could definitely be a lot more helpful

"Am I missing something with these bills?"
Am I missing something here? My bill has been wrong two months in a row. Support did eventually fix it both times, but it took way too long, and now I feel like I have to go through every charge line by line. Frustrating.

Overall, the service was good, but I was a little frustrated by the extra fees that showed up. I just wish they had been more upfront about everything from the start, if that makes sense.

"Internet Keeps Cutting Out"
My internet goes down almost every week, and every time I contact support, I basically get told to just wait it out. It’s really frustrating because I’m still paying my bill, but half the time it feels like I’m not getting the service I’m paying for. At this point, I’m just tired and disappointed.

"Connection is okay, just not always steady"
Astound Broadband has been fine for me most days. The speeds are usually close enough to what I’m paying for, and when it’s working, streaming and work calls are just not really an issue.
The frustrating part is that the connection randomly drops a few times a month. Sometimes it’s just for a few minutes, other times it lasts longer. It’s not awful, but it definitely gets annoying when I’m in the middle of something.

"Pretty decent most of the time"
It’s usually fast enough for what I need, but it definitely slows down at night sometimes. Not terrible, just one of those things where you notice it when it happens.
